If you don’t like something change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude. Don’t complain.” – Maya Angelou.
Opera Winfrey owes her success to Maya Angelou being her mentor.
“Complaining is to describe an event or person negatively without indicating next steps to fix the problem.” Tim Ferris.
Non-complaining is the biggest character attribute of hugely successful people. I believe to complain is to accept one’s inadequecy to life’s challenges. Complaining exposes your vulnerabilities.
Suppose your spouse cooked your meal, but it has too much salt. Non-complaining doesn’t mean to eat the dinner per se, you can always suggest to have less salt in your next meal, but you shouldn’t complain that the meal has been badly cooked. To complain is to be ungrateful.
