I was also in the same situation like you mr.shazad ahmed many years ago, but because of my wife and three children – i motivated myself to eat and live a healthy lifestyle., now, i bicycle my way around, cut down on my sugar intake – avoid softdrinks and sweets, and exercise a lot., walking, using the stairway… i am happy for you mr. shazad ahmed… continue bicycling…
