Love yourself.

There are times in our lives when we feel wounded, lost, scared, berated, insulted or treated poorly. The core reason is the absence of love in our lives. We feel there’s no one who cares for us.

Remember there’s always someone who cares for you; That’s YOU.

Whenever you feel depressed, wrap your arms around your body just like you’re hugging yourself, address yourself by your name, and say these words:

“(Say your name aloud) I love you. I forgive you for any mistakes you made.” and then give yourself a big hug.
