If you have traveled away from your home country, you must have felt ill from the “Alien from Mars” syndrome. In a foreign land where everyone speaks some unfamiliar language, have different customs, or skin color or clothes you feel like an alien from Mars.
In that situation if you meet some compatriot speaking your language, you feel like you are in heaven and you may develop a strong bond of friendship, even if you didn’t meet him or her, ever before in your life. But if you have met the same stranger back in your country you probably would never have developed any sort of friendship.
Why is it so?
It’s because humans have a particular trait, we get attracted to those people who are similar to us, who understand us. In a foreign land we feel lonely because no one seems to be similar to us. No one seems to understand us.
The same principle works in love as well. Basically men and women are said to be from two different stars: Mars and Venus. When Mars alien comes to understand the language of The Goddess of Venus – Love happens.
