Did it ever happen to you that whenever you try to meditate and are silent your thoughts and emotions go berserk? Are you unable to control your thoughts when you meditate?
It’s perfectly normal. What actually happens is that you start to notice the background chatter that was always in the back of your mind. Being aware of your background chatter is the first step to know yourself.
