What I have observed that irrational behavior is caused by impulsive reactions caused by an inability to control your emotions.
I try to discharge negative emotions with physical activity.
Try it: when fear overwhelms you, go for a power walk, to let your blood circulation moving.
When anger controls you, do some strength training to let your anger know that you don’t control me, but I control you!
You can also think of so many ways to transmute the fire of anger into creativity. If you do it, you’ll create something so beautiful that’ll surpass your expectations.
