Our mind and heart are in fact two different channels to which we can tune in and out. In easy words our mind is usually the ego channel and our heart is the stillness channel.
Initially in our lives the ego channel is too loud. But as we get better at tuning into stillness through meditation, yoga, cycling, falling in love etc. the chatter from ego channel gets weaker. When we really tune into the stillness channel we come to know that this channel is like a deep ocean – pure quiet and clear but with immense depth. This ocean is filled with peace, joy, wisdom and love.
