I’ve found that the best way to overcome your anxiety from a seemingly difficult task is to treat it as a practice.
For instance, when I thought I’d be blogging/writing Facebook posts, the thought just overwhelmed me as it seemed very difficult to pursue my hobbies/interests while having a day job.
So when I started writing I considered that I’m just practising to improve my writing skills.
You may have got a bigger task at hand than writing blog posts. It may be giving a presentation to 10 or fifteen potential customers. How’d you do it? Simple. Consider it as a practice to give your presentation to the reps of fortune 100 companies or even giving a TED talk.
You may apply the same concept to dating. You never know the outcome of your next date. Even in the worst-case scenario consider it just as a practice for that ultimate date that one day may prove to be the start of an ever-lasting relationship #FeelHearty
