our most sacred duty that comes even before worship is to be yourself, accept yourself and love yourself. After you love yourself can you love God, His creatures and perform worship. Worship performed without love is just like a body without soul.
Most of the people are never themselves. They live to meet the expectations of others. They are like the characters of a movie who laugh, cry, fight etc. not for themselves but for their audiences. They wear personas like makeup to please others and to cater to the role movie director has assigned to them.
When you accept yourself you come in rhythm with your soul, your destiny awakens with your inner calling then and only then you are able to paint something like Davinci’s Mona Liza, or Michelangelo’s David, which makes you immortal.
