Usually most of our memories perish. They may perish after some hours or days or years. But some memories never perish.
What kind of memories never perish? Those are the memories of those moments of our lives that we fully live.
Have you ever thought while listening, talking, driving, walking, making love etc. we are always thinking. Thinking about someone else, about business, about things gone right or wrong yesterday or planning for tomorrow etc. We usually never fully engage with our present moment.
Those moments of our life when we are not thinking or using our brains never perish from our memories. Those are the moments we live from our hearts.
