You must have been thinking that if you live stress free you will live longer. But according to research it’s not so.
In 2011 Stanford University announced the results of a study after following 1,548 ten-year-old children for ninety years. It was one of the major conclusions that lack of anxiety was associated with early death.
Apparently, we do need some stress in life. According to the above research, people who had a casual attitude toward life, or who didn’t take life seriously usually died of accidents and preventable diseases. It was also because they underestimated the risks in their lives and took poor decisions.
Conclusion? Accept responsibilities in your life. Undertake challenges that stretch your perseverance to the extreme. You will live longer #FeelHearty
